reiki & holistic healing sessions
Initial sessions are sacred starting point. This immersive first session moves through a guided meditation, reiki healing, intuitive card pull & guidance, and energetic support using crystals & herbs. Post session, you’ll receive a custom healing plan with practices and tools to continue your integration.
Ongoing sessions include full reiki session for energetic maintenance and/or spiritual alignment. Includes intuitive insight, crystal and herbal support, and a custom healing plan post session. Designed for returning or existing clients, who’ve completed an initial session with me or have been part of one of my healing containers.
Reiki resets are for existing clients only. A potent energetic tune-up focused on aura cleansing, recalibration, and restoring balance between other sessions or during transitional seasons.
